Thank you for your interest in supporting the Bluffton, Hardin, and Lima YMCAs! Your participation helps ensure that youth programs remain affordable and accessible for every child in our community.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our upcoming event at Colonial Golf Course.

🕒 Event Schedule

When is the outing?

The event takes place on June 12, 2026.

What is the timeline for the day?

  • 8:00 AM: Registration Opens

  • 9:00 AM: Shotgun Start

  • 12:00 PM: Lunch and Prizes

⛳️ Registration & Teams

How much does it cost to play?

The registration fee is $300 per team.

What does my registration include?

Your registration covers your green fees, cart rental, and the lunch program following the round. Most importantly, it serves as a donation to support YMCA youth scholarships!

🤝 Sponsorship Opportunities

How can my business get involved?

We are currently seeking Hole Sponsors for $250.

What do I get as a Hole Sponsor?

We will produce and display a professional sign featuring your company’s name at one of the holes on the course, providing visibility to all participants throughout the day.
